Ko’a Kea Hotel & Resort in Poipu Beach, Kauai, Hawaii, seeks a hospitality associate to greet guests, respond to requests, and maintain guest areas with warmth and professionalism.

You’ll perform light housekeeping, assist in dining areas, ensure safety and sanitation, and collaborate with kitchen staff and managers to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Formación

• Knowledge of English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates and vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Greet all guests in a warm, enthusiastic manner.
• Respond to guest needs and resolve requests promptly and courteously.
• Sweep and mop floors; keep dining and kitchen areas clean and sanitary.
• Assist Chef in receiving and storing products; maintain equipment and supplies.
• Respond to and resolve guest questions or complaints with professionalism.
