Job summary

Pacific Hospitality Group seeks a Steward at Ko‘a Kea Resort on Poipu Beach. The role emphasizes warm guest relations, efficient task execution, and maintaining sanitary dining and kitchen areas within a premium resort setting.

The successful candidate will assist in receiving and storing supplies, handle cleaning chemicals safely, and support the kitchen team while adhering to health and safety standards. This is a full-time, on-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of English for guest/colleague/vendor communication.
• Understanding of hotel department functions.
• Good math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and respond to needs in a timely manner.
• Maintain guest relations and resolve requests or complaints courteously.
• Sweep and mop floors; keep dining and kitchen areas clean.
• Wash pots/pans by hand; keep dishes sanitary.
• Handle chemicals safely for cleaning and food areas.
• Assist Chef with receiving and storing products.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed at all times.
• Prepare setup items for next shift and report repairs.
