Ko’a Kea Hotel & Resort seeks a personable hospitality professional to greet guests, take orders, and assist with dining experiences at Poipu Beach. You will communicate menu selections to the kitchen and bar teams, help guests with reservations, and ensure a smooth, enjoyable visit.

The role requires strong English communication, basic math and computer skills, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced hotel environment with guest interaction. Competitive wage plus tips.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain warm, hospitable guest relations in all guest contact.
• Greet all guests in a warm and enthusiastic manner.

• Compute bill, collect payment, and make change as needed.
• Respond to guest requests and inform guests of hotel services and amenities.
• Report items in need of repair to supervisor and maintain equipment.
