Reporting to the Process Supervisor or Manager Operations, you will observe conditions, adjust controls, and assist with maintenance while upholding safety and quality standards across

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 6–12 months in a sterilization environment preferred.
• Must read, write and speak fluent English.
• Ability to perform basic math with units and decimals.
• Must be willing to work established shifts.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive lifting.
• Forklift experience is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sterilization system including pressure, temperature, and humidity.
• Operate valves and controls for safe equipment operation.
• Observe sterilizers and assist with repairs as needed.
• Document process readings and report damaged product.
• Notify supervisors of system or equipment problems.
• Perform daily/weekly preventive maintenance tasks as required.
• Store and remove processing chemicals per procedures.
• Participate in plant safety committees and follow safety rules.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
• Oversee the work of Process Assistant Operators.
