Job summary

Sotera Health is seeking an Operator at a Sterigenics facility. The role involves coordinating conveyor activities, loading and unloading product, and preparing dosimeters for work orders under the supervision of the Shift Supervisor and Operations Manager.

You will operate a dosimeter reader, document data, and assist maintenance as needed, while following all safety procedures and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
• Must be able to read and use a tape measure.
• Computer skills are desired.
• Forklift driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record input, dosimeter and unload information in the computer.
• Load and unload product into totes that are sterilized through an irradiation machine.
• Prepare dosimeters for work orders scheduled to be run and operate the dosimeter reader.
• Assemble processed dosimeters with run data sheet, work orders and load/unload sheets.
• Follow emergency procedures required by governing agencies and report system problems.
