Job summary

Sotera Health is seeking an Operator at its Fort Worth facility to coordinate conveyor activities, manage dosimeters, and ensure safe, compliant operation. The role requires reading measurements, operating a dosimeter reader, and maintaining accurate records.

You will work under the direction of the Shift Supervisor and Operations Manager, with training to achieve operator certification and opportunities to contribute to plant safety and quality programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must read, write and speak fluent English.
• Able to read a tape measure accurately.
• Willing to work established shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift driving experience preferred.
• Computer skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload product at conveyor stations and complete required paperwork.
• Prepare dosimeters for work orders and operate the dosimeter reader.
• Assemble processed dosimeters with run data sheets and load/unload sheets.
• Record input, dosimeter and unload information in the computer.
• Follow emergency procedures and report system problems to supervision.
• Assist with maintenance and other tasks as assigned.
