Job summary

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or Equivalent must have.
• 3 Years Experience in an acute care hospital, sterile processing, or surgery department.
• CSPDT or CRCST certification is REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial onboarding of sterile processing team members and develop ongoing competencies.
• Establish and maintain service standards, onboarding materials, competencies, and policies for SPD.
• Develop and evaluate annual training and competencies for staff and share updates with leadership.
