Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years leadership experience.
• 5 years sterile processing experience in a hospital setting.
• Experience with financial analysis including reports and sterile processing functions.
• CRCST / CSPDS / CSPM certifications required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related healthcare field or 5 years of equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead SPD department operations at Sharp Metropolitan Campus.
• Oversee hiring, orientation, scheduling, training and development of SPD staff.
• Manage budget, capital development and daily work direction for SPD.
