Job summary

Qualifications

• Sterile processing certification required or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 3 years leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years sterile processing experience in a hospital setting.
• Experience with financial analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and development of SPD services at the Sharp Metropolitan Campus.
• Oversee department budget and financial performance to sustain productivity.
• Hire, coach, and evaluate staff including personnel actions.
• Ensure equipment safety and regulatory compliance across SPD.
