Assist nursing staff in maintaining the surgery schedule by promptly and thoroughly decontaminating O.R. instruments, equipment, and scopes. Ensure an orderly flow of decontamination, lubrication, packaging, and sterilization or disinfection processes.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Monday-Friday; hours may vary.
Education and/or Experience: Minimum six months experience in a Surgery Center or Operating Room environment. Knowledge of autoclaving procedures required.
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: CRCST Certification from a recognized accredited program and/or Surgical Instrument Technician Certification from a recognized accredited program required.
