Qualifications

• CRCST or CBSPD certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and schedules the daily activities of central sterile staff, ensuring quality and productivity.
• Trains staff on sterile processing procedures and provides daily guidance.
• Develops unit schedules and advises management on operations and quality improvements.
• Oversees inventory and calibration of SPD equipment and instruments.
• Identifies and troubleshoots equipment performance issues.
• Contributes to process improvements and personnel decisions.
