Job summary

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of related SPD experience or a Bachelor’s Degree plus three (3) years SPD experience.
• Ability to supervise staff, assign work, and manage complex workflows.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of sterile processing staff and ensure quality.
• Develop unit schedules and advise management on operations and improvements.
• Oversee inventory, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with OR and Surgeons to prepare priority trays and communicate issues.
