Responsibilities

• Develops and performs audits of performance measures and metrics.
• Designs and conducts routine staff performance audits.
• Staffing assignments and scheduling, employee evaluations and disciplinary action.
• Administers and coordinates staff training programs and competency.
• Assists in development, review and update of departmental policies and procedures.
• Ensures complete, on-time availability of sterile instrumentation and supplies.
• Provides data to support manager for purchase requests and reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
