Job summary

Harris Health is seeking a Sterile Processing Supervisor to oversee decontamination, assembly, sterilization, and distribution of OR case carts across the facility. The role includes supporting the program manager with HR tasks and adapting to high-pressure environments to ensure patient safety.

Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma, CRCST/CSPDT/CST certification (or obtain within 1 year), and at least 3 years of Sterile Processing/OR experience, with demonstrated leadership

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certification: CRCST, CSPDT, or CST required; certification within 1 year if not present at hire.
• Work experience: 3 years in Sterile Processing/OR.
• Management experience: documented leadership roles in OR/Sterile Processing.
• Strong instrumentation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise decontamination, assembly, packaging, sterilization, and distribution of OR case carts.
• Assist program manager with HR-related functions and staffing needs.
• Ensure workflow compliance and maintain instrument integrity under pressure.
