Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership experience as a CST or in a supervisory role
• Knowledge and practice of infection control techniques and medical terminology
• Current CRCST or CST certification
• Completion of an accredited Sterile Processing or Surgical Technology program

Responsibilities

• Supervise, prioritize, and coordinate shift workflow for the Sterile Processing Dept.
• Ensure decontamination, cleaning, processing and sterilization of supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate planning, workload assignment, and scheduling; manage performance evaluations and corrective actions when needed.
