SpecialtyCare is seeking a Sterile Processing Supervisor to lead the daily operations of the sterile processing team at our facility in Redlands, CA. You will ensure client satisfaction while upholding the highest quality and compliance standards across instruments, equipment, and supplies.

You will oversee sterilization processes, documentation, tray assembly, and supply management, while mentoring staff and driving continuous improvement to support on-time service delivery and patient safety.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
• CRCST or CBSPDS certification required.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage day-to-day sterile processing operations.
• Ensure compliance with state health, Joint Commission, and other standards.
• Sterilize instruments and equipment using autoclaves with proper controls.
• Complete documentation before and after sterilization.
• Assemble instrument trays and distribute/store items per protocol.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and assist with efficiency improvements.
• Motivate staff and promote teamwork to meet hospital and SpecialtyCare goals.
