Qualifications

• 1 year of Sterile Processing/OR experience.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years related field experience.
• Knowledge of sterile processing and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and data processing skills.
• Able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Sterile Processing operations on all shifts.
• Ensure safe and efficient decontamination, assembly, and sterilization.
• Maintain a safe work environment and 24-hour accountability.
• Supervise staff and ensure timely delivery of instruments.
• Monitor staffing, inventory, and supply costs.
• Participate in quality assurance per Joint Commission, OSHA, and Title 22.
• Assist with budget, payroll, and capital planning.
