Job summary

Providence Regional Medical Center Everett is seeking a senior Sterile Processing leader to oversee four supervisor-direct reports and collaborate with Perioperative and Interventional leadership, clinicians, and physicians across the North Puget Sound.

You will work with the Senior Nursing Director to define, manage, and monitor the strategic plan for Sterile Processing and to develop, implement, and manage the department's budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Healthcare related field or equivalent education/experience.
• National certifications in Sterile Processing (as listed) or equivalent.
• 5 years supervisory experience with staff development.
• 5 years of budget management and analysis.
• 7 years work experience in Sterile Processing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee four supervisor direct reports.
• Develop, implement, and monitor strategic plan for Sterile Processing.
• Develop, implement, and manage operational budgets for the department.
• Foster strong working relationships with Perioperative and Interventional leadership, staff, and physicians.
