Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience in business or healthcare.
• Nationally certified in sterile processing roles upon hire or within 1 year.
• Experience leading sterile processing teams and managing budgets.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
• Experience with budget planning and financial analysis in healthcare.
• 7+ years in sterile processing with supervisory background.

Responsibilities

• Oversees four supervisor direct reports and builds relationships with perioperative and interventional leadership, staff, and physicians.
• Collaborates to define, manage, and monitor the strategic plan for Sterile Processing.
• Develops, implements, and manages operational budgets for departments.
