Job summary

Providence Regional Medical Center Everett is seeking a Sterile Processing leader who will oversee four supervisors and collaborate with perioperative leadership, clinicians, and physicians across North Puget Sound. The role will jointly define and monitor a strategic plan for Sterile Processing and manage departmental budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience in business or healthcare.
• Nationally certified in sterile processing roles upon hire or within 1 year.
• Experience leading sterile processing teams and managing budgets.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
• Experience with budget planning and financial analysis in healthcare.
• 7+ years in sterile processing with supervisory background.

Responsibilities

• Oversees four supervisor direct reports and builds relationships with perioperative and interventional leadership, staff, and physicians.

Job description

This role will be responsible for overseeing four supervisor direct reports, and strong working relationships with Perioperative and Interventional leadership, clinical and support staff, and physicians throughout the North Puget Sound. This role will work collaboratively with Senior Nursing Director to define, manage, and closely monitor the strategic plan for Sterile Processing. Develops, implements, and manages operational budgets for departments.
