Providence Regional Medical Center Everett is seeking a leader to oversee Sterile Processing with four supervisor directs, partnering with Perioperative and Interventional leadership to drive the strategic plan and budget management. The role will ensure operational excellence across primary and secondary locations.

The successful candidate will bring extensive Sterile Processing experience, supervisory skills, and a track record of budget oversight to support Providence’s mission and patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Business or Healthcare related field or equivalent education/experience.
• National Certified Registered Central Service Technician or equivalent certifications upon hire.
• National Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician upon hire.
• National Certified Instrument Specialist upon hire.
• National Certified Surgical Instrument Specialist upon hire.
• National Certified Healthcare Leader within 1 year of hire.
• National Management in Sterile Processing within 1 year of hire.
• 5 years of Supervisory experience, including training and staff development.
• 5 years of Budget with management and analysis.
• 7 years of Work experience in Sterile Processing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee four supervisor direct reports and build strong relationships with Perioperative and Interventional leadership, clinical and support staff, and physicians.
• Collaborate with Senior Nursing Director to define and manage the strategic plan for Sterile Processing.
• Develop, implement, and manage operational budgets for the departments.
