• National Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician – Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution upon hire
• National Certified Instrument Specialist – Healthcare Sterile Processing Association upon hire
• National Certified Surgical Instrument Specialist – Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution upon hire
• National Certified Healthcare Leader – Healthcare Sterile Processing Association within 1 year of hire
• National Management in Sterile Processing – Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution within 1 year of hire
• 5 years of Supervisory experience, including training and staff development.
• 5 years of Budget with management and analysis.
• 7 years of Work experience in the field of Sterile Processing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee four supervisor direct reports and develop strong working relationships with Perioperative and Interventional leadership.
