You will handle high-cost instrumentation, manage sterilization workflows, receive and sort trays, and support decontamination per policies. A high school diploma and CRCST/CSPDT/CFER certification are required, with about 3 years of experience.

Qualifications

• High school graduate required.
• Minimum 3 years in sterile processing.
• CRCST, CSPDT, or CFER certification required.

Responsabilités

• Sterilize instruments and equipment using aerator, gas sterilizer or steam sterilizer.
• Package items and perform quality assurance testing to ensure sterility.
• Receive and sort trays; deliver to operating room.
• Monitor operations, establish schedules, issue daily work assignments.
• Assist with decontamination and handling of instruments as needed.
