• Minimum of two (2) years instrument processing experience, preferably in lead/charge capacity.

• Oversee daily activities of the Sterile Processing department or shift.
• Set the tone for leadership behavior and ensure tasks and projects align with departmental and organizational goals.

Education

CRCST or CSPDT, CIS or CHL within 2 years OR CST
