Job summary

LifeLink Foundation, Inc. seeks a Sterile Processing Team Leader to manage the Central Service department. The role oversees instrument processing, sterilization, and distribution, providing leadership in the absence of supervisors and ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 8 years in Central Service or Sterile Processing, and hold CRCST or equivalent certification. This is an on-site, full-time role in Tampa, FL with a Friday–Sunday schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Central Service or hospital Sterile Processing.
• CRCST or equivalent certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Central Services operations to ensure timely, safe processing of instruments and supplies.
• Provide leadership and direction in the absence of supervisory staff.
• Train and guide team members; address deficiencies and performance.
• Monitor sterilization equipment and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure adherence to LifeLink SOPs, AAMI, FDA and OSHA standards.
