Qualifikationen

• Completion of Sterile Processing education from an accredited school or program required.
• CRCST or CSPDT certification required.
• BLS certification as required by ASC policy.

• Provide supervision, leadership and guidance to Sterile Processing Technicians.
• Coordinate staffing and direct work, including training and performance appraisals.
• Support Center Leadership in evaluating performance objectives and staff competence.
• Promote healthy work environment and address staff issues.
• Demonstrate adaptability to change and manage disruptions.
• Support fiscal accountability and cost-saving initiatives for center resources.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership to meet goals and objectives.
• Perform Sterile Processing Technician duties as needed.
• Maintain documentation for sterilization/HLD processes.
