Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred program in surgical technology or bachelor’s degree in surgical technology.
• 3 years of experience leading teams required.
• Preferred 2 years experience in sterile processing.
• Preferred CRCST and CST certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead services that support the preoperative process by supervising staff and daily operations.
• Manage supply, instrumentation and equipment distribution to user areas to maintain adequate inventory while controlling costs.
• Perform proper handling and reporting of inventory transactions of supplies and equipment.
• Train and develop staff while ensuring motivation to meet objectives.
• Adapt communication and interaction to patient population and clinical needs.
• Perform other related duties as required.
