Indiana University Health is seeking a Sterile Processing Supervisor to oversee prep, sterilization and distribution of instruments and endoscopes. You will lead staff, ensure decontamination quality and support policy development to meet regulatory standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (Associates preferred), multiple CS certifications (CRCST plus another), and 5–7 years of experience with strong leadership abilities. BLS is required.

Formación

• Requires High School Diploma or GED with preferred Associate degree.
• Must hold CRCST and a second CS certification (CSPDT/CFER/CST).
• Requires 24 CE credits annually focused on CS field and tech relevance.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; other ALS may be needed.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience; leadership preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee preparation, sterilization, and distribution of equipment and endoscopes.
• Supervise and develop staff; ensure decontamination and sterilization quality.
• Assist with policies, procedures, and program implementation for sterile processing.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance for patient care and team members.
