Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as a resource, provide training and direction to staff.
• Assist with HR tasks like interviewing and orientation.
• Monitor department operations and assign daily work.
• Receive, decontaminate, and sterilize instruments per policy.
• Perform quality assurance testing for all sterilization methods.
• Handle high-cost instruments and implants with proper care.
• Operate carts, check trays, and coordinate case carts to OR.
• Respond quickly to sterilizer issues and ensure sterility.
