Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Registered Central Service Technician within 1 year of hire.
• Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists department leadership with broad operations to ensure comprehensive departmental services in compliance with regulatory agencies and hospital requirements.
• Supports long-range strategic operational planning, care design, and development of organizational policies aligned with the hospital mission.
• Coordinates and oversees organization-wide departmental services; continuously assesses and improves performance.
• Manages departmental resources responsibly.
• Demonstrates clinical/technical and managerial competency; ensures staff professional needs are met.
• Leads, teaches, inspires, and upholds hospital behavioral standards.
