Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CRCST or CSPDT certification required.
• Six months’ experience in Sterile Processing or externship.
• Two years’ experience in Sterile Processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the team’s daily activities to clean, sterilize, and pick instruments, sets, and scopes.
• Assist leadership with department process improvements and policy updates.
• Lead technicians in decontamination, assembly, scope processing, sterilization, and front case picking.
