Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in sterile equipment processing per guidelines.
• Familiar with AAMI, AORN, JC and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Assign, instruct and supervise staff daily.
• Prioritize work and adjust staffing for production needs.
• Ensure compliance and maintain documentation for sterilization processes.
• Operate steam and hydrogen peroxide sterilizers and verify performance.
