Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Graduate of a Sterile Processing program is preferred.
• National or International Sterile Processing Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Picks and distributes reusable patient care equipment and instrument trays.
• Leads and participates as a productive member of the perioperative processing team.
• Ensures adherence to JC, CMS, OSHA and AMMI regulations and policies.
• Drives staffing, training, scheduling and team development under supervision.
• Coordinates with management on hiring and performance evaluations.
