Job summary

Ohio State University is seeking a Senior Instrumentation Coordinator at University Hospital to help lead daily activities between the Operating Room and Sterile Processing to ensure efficient case flow. You will oversee instrument tray organization, decontamination, and standardization of trays across the enterprise, serving as a clinical liaison to track sterilized instrumentation across sites.

The role requires CRCST or CSPDT certification within 6 months and at least two years of instrument

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Two years of instrument processor or Surgical Technologist experience.
• CRCST or CSPDT certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities between OR and CSS to ensure efficient case flow.
• Organize instrument trays and supervise decontamination, sterilization and assembly.
• Act as liaison across the Enterprise to standardize and track sterilized instrumentation.
