Job summary

IU Health seeks a Central Supply and Sterile Processing Manager to lead the sterile processing department with a focus on efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance.

This fully onsite role is Monday–Friday day shift with occasional evening/weekend rounding as needed. The position reports to the Clinical Operations Director and oversees ~30 direct reports, collaborating with OR and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred.
• Credentialing such as CRCST, CHMMC, FCS required.
• Extensive perioperative and sterile processing experience (5–7 years preferred).
• Knowledge of state and national regulatory guidelines required.

Responsibilities

• Lead administrative decision-making and strategic planning for Central Sterile Processing.
• Manage resources, budget, and capital planning to improve department efficiency.
• Oversee integration of services with OR and other areas; drive performance improvements.
