Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3 years of supervisory experience in health care settings.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee central sterilization, dispensing and dental staff, and address staffing concerns.
• Assist in hiring, evaluations, counseling and terminations with supervision from the manager.
• Directly supervise receiving, decontamination, cleaning, assembling, sterilizing and distribution of instruments.
• Monitor inventory levels and supplies; coordinate with other departments to support patient care.
• Ensure safety standards and adherence to quality systems and documentation.
