Job summary

The Pharmacy Hub seeks a Sterile Pharmacist Manager to run the day-to-day sterile compounding operation. You will supervise pharmacists and technicians, serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge, and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance, quality, and inspection readiness.

You will report to pharmacy/operations leadership and drive continuous improvement while maintaining high standards for safety and patient care in a fast-paced telepharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy required or equivalent.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing; eligible to serve as PIC in Florida.
• Sterile compounding experience with supervisory/lead responsibility (5+ years).

Responsibilities

• Run daily sterile operations including workflow, staffing, batch planning, and capacity.
• Serve as Pharmacist‑in‑Charge for sterile operations and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise pharmacists and technicians; oversee competency assessments and training.
• Maintain adherence to USP requirements, garbing, aseptic technique, and environmental monitoring.
• Keep the operation inspection‑ready and prepare for regulatory inspections.
• Maintain quality systems, manage deviations, CAPAs, and SOP updates.
• Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Quality, Compliance, Operations, and Facilities.
