Job summary

The Pharmacy Hub, in Florida, seeks a Sterile Pharmacist Manager / Pharmacist-in-Charge to oversee daily sterile production, supervise pharmacists and technicians, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role is hands-on and on-site, reporting to pharmacy/operations leadership.

You will drive quality, training, and inspection readiness while maintaining high standards. Ideal candidates hold a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy with a Florida license and 5+ years in sterile compounding leadership, including

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing; eligible to serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge in Florida.
• Sterile compounding experience with supervisory or lead responsibility (5+ years).

Responsibilities

• Run daily sterile operations and manage compounding workflow.
• Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge for regulatory compliance and records.
• Supervise and develop pharmacists and technicians.
• Maintain inspection readiness and lead internal checks.
• Monitor deviations, CAPAs, and quality metrics; drive improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Compliance, Operations and Facilities.
