Job summary

The Pharmacy Hub is building a modern sterile compounding operation and seeks a pharmacist to lead the program buildout from design to operations. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Compliance, Engineering, and Operations and hands-on leadership on the shop floor.

You will develop training, establish a robust quality system, ensure USP and regulatory compliance, and scale processes with KPI dashboards.

Qualifications

• Progressive sterile compounding and leadership experience.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing; Florida licensure eligibility.
• Extensive knowledge of USP standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead program buildout from design to operations, including staffing and quality infrastructure.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of pharmacists, technicians, and quality staff.
• Own USP/compliance and translate regulations into actionable workflows.
• Develop and oversee the pharmaceutical quality system with CAPA and investigations.
• Partner on facility design, cleanroom qualification, and maintenance.
• Drive production workflows and KPI dashboards for batch success and yield.
• Support formulation development and scalable processes.
• Train and mentor staff on sterile practices and systems.
• Maintain inspection readiness and lead regulator inspections.
• Modernize systems with ERP integration and electronic batch records.
