Job summary

The Ohio State University is seeking an Instrumentation Coordinator for the Outpatient Dublin site. You will coordinate daily activities between the Operating Room and Sterile Processing to ensure efficient case flow and proper sterilization of all reprocessed inventories.

You will also procure, organize, and standardize instrument trays across the Enterprise and serve as a clinical liaison to track sterilized instrumentation across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience as an instrument processor or Surgical Technologist.
• CRCST or CSPDT certification required on hire or within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities between Operating Room and Sterile Processing to ensure efficient case flow and proper sterilization of instruments.
• Order, procure, and organize instrument trays across the Enterprise to service multiple sites.
• Serve as a clinical liaison between ORs and offsite sterilization locations to track and allocate sterilized instrumentation.
