Resilience, a biomanufacturing technology company, is hiring a Manufacturing Technician II to support filling operations on the manufacturing floor. You will work in controlled environments, operate equipment, conduct in-process monitoring, line clearances, and batch record entries in accordance with cGMPs.

Responsibilities include operating filling machinery, performing setup and sanitation, data entry, and supporting lean and 5S activities while maintaining quality and compliance.

Formación

• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English to interpret SOPs and batch records.
• Basic mathematical skills for routine calculations and data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Operate filling machines and service equipment to ensure smooth product flow.
• Assemble, disassemble, operate, and sanitize filling equipment and perform setup adjustments.
• Enter data online (SCADA/HMI) and maintain accurate batch records and logs.
• Perform in-process checks, cleaning, housekeeping, and ensure a cGMP environment.
• Support lean initiatives and participate in 5S and problem-solving activities.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and validation/engineering protocols.
