Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to support sterile filling operations at our Ohio site. You will work on the filling line, perform in-process monitoring, line clearances, and data entry, while maintaining cGMP compliance in controlled environments.

This role requires reading SOPs and batch records, performing equipment setup and cleaning, and collaborating with maintenance and other teams. Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and understand English to interpret SOPs and batch records.
• Accurate data entry and documentation for batch records.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment.
• Basic math and measurements skills.
• Ability to follow procedures with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned filling machines and service equipment.
• Assemble, disassemble, and sanitize filling equipment.
• Perform filter integrity testing per SOP.
• Start-up machines and perform minor adjustments.
• Enter data online (SCADA/HMI) and maintain logs.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas to uphold cGMP.
• Assist with maintenance and validation protocols and lean initiatives.
• Identify process improvements while ensuring quality and compliance.
