Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company focused on end-to-end manufacturing solutions. The Manufacturing Technician II on the Manufacturing floor supports filling operations and adheres to cGMP practices.

The role involves operating filling equipment, performing in-process monitoring, data entry, cleaning, and batch record documentation in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to interpret SOPs, batch records, and work instructions.
• Demonstrated data entry skills, including accurate completion of batch records and logbooks.
• Basic mathematical skills, including routine calculations (weights, measures, conversions).
• Ability to follow written procedures with minimal supervision and escalate issues as needed.

Responsabilités

• Operate assigned filling machines and service materials to ensure smooth product flow.
• Assemble, disassemble, operate, and sanitize Filling equipment.
• Perform filter integrity testing per SOP and assist with start-up and minor adjustments.
• Enter data online, including SCADA and HMI entries, and manage printing devices.
• Maintain cGMP-compliant housekeeping and perform visual/physical checks on materials.
• Support aseptic gowning, media fills, and monitor equipment for viability.
• Assist maintenance and with validation/engineering protocols and Lean/process improvement efforts.
• Identify improvements while maintaining quality and cGMP compliance.
