Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to support Filling operations in a controlled environment. Responsibilities include operating filling equipment, performing line clearances, logging data, and maintaining cGMP records.

Candidate should have experience in regulated manufacturing, strong math and documentation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team setting. Training and cross-functional development are emphasized.

Formación

• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment and ability to follow SOPs.
• Must read, write, and understand English to interpret batch records and instructions.
• Strong data entry and documentation skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of lean/manufacturing principles is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and service filling machinery to ensure smooth product flow.
• Assemble, disassemble, operate, and sanitize filling equipment.
• Perform in-process monitoring and cleaning per cGMP requirements.
• Enter data online (SCADA/HMI) and maintain batch records.
• Support preventive maintenance and participate in process improvements.
