Job summary

Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II, Sterile Facilities to support the Operations Engineering & Maintenance team.

You will perform predictive and preventive maintenance on lab and facility equipment, troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and ensure regulatory compliance. Collaborate with quality, regulatory, and production groups in a GMP-focused pharmaceutical environment, contributing to safe, efficient manufacturing and continuous

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of industry maintenance or engineering experience.
• Experience maintaining lab or pharmaceutical equipment is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex systems across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC domains.

Responsibilities

• Provide predictive and preventive maintenance on Lab Equipment and facility systems.
• Document maintenance data and charts for predictive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air compression, and HVAC systems.
• Identify facilities issues and develop strategies using predictive maintenance principles.
• Coordinate with quality/regulatory teams to ensure documentation and compliance.
