The role includes installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining equipment, following SOPs, diagnosing root causes, and supporting cGMP compliance while collaborating with the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED with 5–8 years relevant experience in pharma/manufacturing.
• Industrial maintenance in chemical/industrial environment preferred.
• Industrial Maintenance Technician Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and follow maintenance SOPs.
• Troubleshoot machinery and diagnose root causes using diagnostic tools.
• Perform mechanical repairs with hand and power tools.
• Collaborate with other maintenance technicians to solve issues.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment and follow OSHA regulations.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and training requirements.
• Lead or influence others; participate in hiring and scheduling where applicable.
• Coach, mentor and develop other employees.
