Sterling Pharma Solutions Limited in Germantown, WI is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to preserve the condition and functionality of production and facility equipment with safety and quality. The role requires installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining equipment per safety and preventive maintenance systems.

You will follow SOPs, diagnose root causes, perform mechanical repairs, and collaborate with a team to meet cGMP and training requirements while maintaining a safe work

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED with 5-8 years relevant experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing.
• Experience in chemical or industrial environment preferred.
• Industrial Maintenance Technician Certificate preferred.

Responsabilités

• Create and follow maintenance SOPs.
• Troubleshoot machinery and diagnose root causes using diagnostic tools.
• Perform mechanical repairs with hand and power tools.
• Collaborate with maintenance technicians to solve complex issues.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Follow OSHA regulations and internal safety practices.
• Support cGMP training and qualifications.
• Lead and influence others in the absence of direct reports.
