Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Compounding Pharmacy Technician in Ohio to join the Dispense & Fill team. You will work in a closed-door facility focusing on non-sterile compounding, adhering to USP <795> and USP <800> standards, and maintaining precise documentation.

You must hold an active Ohio CPhT registration and have at least 1 year of experience; hospital/compounding background preferred. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician registration (CPhT).
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy technician experience; hospital/compounding setting preferred.
• Familiarity with USP <795> and USP <800> standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean, calibrate, and maintain non-sterile compounding equipment and spaces.
• Assist with staging raw materials and managing non-sterile compounding inventory.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a compliant work environment.
• Participate in site-specific training, competency assessments, and revalidation.
• Maintain batch records, ingredient logs, and cleaning logs.
• Follow USP <795> and <800> requirements and state/federal laws.
• Compound non-sterile medications per orders and SOPs.
