Job summary

The Hims & Hers facility in New Albany, OH is hiring a sterile compounding pharmacy technician to work under pharmacist supervision, ensuring medications are prepared safely and per USP 797 guidelines.

The position is full-time on the day shift (6:00am–6:30pm, rotating 2-2-3-2). Candidates must have Ohio CPhT registration, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Must be currently registered as a Pharmacy Technician in Ohio and nationally certified (CPhT).
• Strong communication skills; ability to work independently in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to site SOPs and wear required PPE.
• Compound sterile medications under pharmacist supervision.
• Prepare components, formulate solutions, perform aseptic filling and packaging.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly records per USP 797.
• Support cleanroom activities and equipment calibration as required.
• Document activities accurately and communicate issues to pharmacists.
