Job summary

Orderly Wellness is seeking a Sterile Compounding Pharmacist to oversee sterile medications in compliance with USP <797> and state regulations. You will work with pharmacy technicians, QA staff, and leadership to maintain safe, accurate compounding operations.

Responsibilities include final product verification, environmental monitoring, deviation investigations, CAPA development, and regulatory adherence. A current Pharmacist license and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in good standing required.
• Strong knowledge of sterile compounding and USP <797> standards.
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
• Ability to collaborate with technicians and leadership.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for sterile production.

Responsibilities

• Verify and oversee sterile medication preparation per USP <797> and regulations.
• Ensure aseptic technique and adherence to procedures.
• Perform final product verification and document reviews.
• Maintain accurate compounding records and batch documentation.
• Participate in environmental monitoring and quality programs.
• Assist with deviation investigations and CAPA documentation.
• Supervise sterile compounding technicians and ensure procedure adherence.
• Monitor garbing, aseptic technique, and cleanroom compliance.
